We work closely with our clients and their own timetables, adjusting our own to suit theirs. A busy hotel cannot have too many rooms undergoing refurbishment at the same time – so we will stage our works. A social housing landlord must have a demonstrably fast voids turnaround, and our schedules recognise this urgency. Our projects for the MOD take into account the fact that service families move regularly and need high standards of accommodation.
